Welcome to Code Camp by Samman Creative & Consulting (SCC). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and participation in our educational programs.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   • 1.1 Agreement to Terms. By accessing or using codecamp.sammancreative.com (the "Website") or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Website or services.
   • 1.2 Changes to Terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
   • 1.3 Eligibility. You must be at least 16 years old to enroll in our programs. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Program Enrollment

   • 2.1 Application Process. Enrollment in Code Camp programs requires completion of an application form. Acceptance is subject to our review and approval.
   • 2.2 Program Duration. Code Camp programs are typically 9 weeks in duration. Specific dates and schedules will be provided upon acceptance.
   • 2.3 Attendance Requirements. Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and actively participate in all program activities. Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in dismissal from the program.
   • 2.4 Prerequisites. Some programs may have technical prerequisites. Students are responsible for ensuring they meet these requirements before enrollment.

3. Fees and Payment

   • 3.1 Program Fees. Program fees will be clearly communicated during the application process. All fees are in NPR (Nepali Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
   • 3.2 Payment Terms. Payment terms and schedules will be specified in your enrollment agreement. Payment must be received by the specified deadline to secure your enrollment.
   • 3.3 Refund Policy. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to our team. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days.
   • 3.4 No Guarantee of Outcomes. While we strive to provide exceptional education, we do not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes upon program completion.

4. Intellectual Property

   • 4.1 Course Materials. All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, videos, code examples, and documentation, are the intellectual property of SCC and are protected by copyright law.
   • 4.2 Limited License. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for personal educational purposes during their enrollment.
   • 4.3 Student Work. Students retain ownership of their original projects and code created during the program. However, SCC may showcase student work for promotional purposes with student permission.
   • 4.4 Prohibited Uses. Students may not share, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit course materials without express written permission from SCC.

5. Code of Conduct

   • 5.1 Professional Behavior. Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times.
   • 5.2 Academic Integrity. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate dismissal from the program.
   • 5.3 Harassment Policy. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind. This includes online and in-person interactions.
   • 5.4 Consequences. Violation of our Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent dismissal from the program without refund.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

   • 6.1 Personal Information. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.
   • 6.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
   • 6.3 Communications. By enrolling, you consent to receive educational communications, updates, and promotional materials from SCC. You may opt out at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

   • 7.1 Educational Services. Our programs are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding specific educational outcomes or career results.
   • 7.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in our programs.
   • 7.3 Maximum Liability. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific program in question.

8. Program Cancellation and Changes

   • 8.1 Right to Cancel. SCC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students will receive full refunds.
   • 8.2 Curriculum Changes. We reserve the right to modify program curriculum, schedules, and instructors as needed to maintain educational quality.
   • 8.3 Remote Learning. Programs may be delivered in-person, online, or in a hybrid format. Format may change based on circumstances including health and safety requirements.

10. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

11. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

    These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SCC regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
